Project Scope

We undertook the improvement and drainage development of Al Malik Khaled Road, delivering a roadway that integrates landscaping, safety measures, and urban features in line with the region’s character. The project included rehabilitation of the wadi, upgraded access points, and a full utility installation to support the surrounding infrastructure.

Deliverables

• Construction of road drainage systems and underground utilities.

• Roadway lined with trees, road lighting, and park lighting at varying levels.

• Concrete interlocked sidewalks with varied colors and wave patterns.

• Park benches and resting areas strategically positioned overlooking the wadi.

• Vehicular speed control measures installed for pedestrian safety.

• Comprehensive landscaping and planting along the road stretch.

• Wadi rehabilitation, clearing, and installation of retaining walls to secure the terrain.

• Cast-in-situ pavement preparation, surface compaction, and site finishing.
