Project Overview

ALISHAR CONTRACTING delivered the design and construction of the Abha Commercial Center, strategically located at the heart of the city’s main commercial district. This development was planned to provide a dynamic commercial hub, incorporating retail, office, and banking facilities to meet the city’s growing business and consumer needs.

The project comprises a four-level commercial center featuring retail units and an open central atrium, three levels of modern office spaces, and a penthouse. A dedicated banking branch is located at the front of the building for public accessibility, complemented by basement parking and full vertical circulation systems for convenience and safety.
