Project Overview

The Abha Balladiyah project is a design and build initiative for the Municipality of Abha. This development addresses the municipality’s growing operational requirements, serving Abha and its surrounding towns and cities.

The scope of work includes the design and construction of the main municipal building, site development, access roads, parking facilities, and landscaping.

Deliverables

• The building is situated on a sloped site with two basement levels:

  • Lower Basement: Reserved for private parking and building utilities.

  • Upper Basement: Houses common areas including an auditorium, central archives, and a mosque.

• The main entrance is positioned along the main road at ground level.

• The ground floor accommodates the primary reception area.

• Office spaces are located on the first and upper floors to support municipal functions.

• A dedicated parking facility linked to the municipal building by a bridge.
