Project Overview

ALISHAR CONTRACTING developed and successfully delivered the water transmission pipeline from Kholas and Rabigh Dams to Jeddah City. The scope covered the construction, testing, and commissioning of the main transmission pipeline (1,200 mm diameter, 124 kilometers in length) as well as the Rabigh Water Treatment Plant.

The Rabigh Water Treatment Plant works included:

• Construction of treated water tanks, clarifiers, filter buildings, and dirty water/backwash tanks.

• Completion of the plant building facilities to support full operational capacity.
