Project Overview

ALISHAR CONTRACTING managed the full construction of the Red Sea Steel factory, a large-scale facility designed to support large-scale rebar production. The project covered a total built-up area of 20,400 square meters, featuring a combination of reinforced concrete and pre-engineered metal structures to accommodate specialised manufacturing equipment.

The scope of work also included a four-level administration building, an electrical control room, a water treatment plant, and utility buildings to ensure seamless operations. With advanced SMS Meer technology, the rebar mill has a production capacity of up to 300,000 metric tons per year, while the pipe factory supports pipe diameters ranging from 200 mm to 1,600 mm.

Deliverables

• Construction of 20,400 m² factory building with reinforced concrete and pre-engineered metal structures.
